• For purchases from inside the EU: the necessary VAT is already included in the purchase price.
• For purchases from outside of the EU: additional local taxes may still apply and be charged on delivery. Payment of these taxes is solely your responsibility and are not included in the original purchase price.
• To use the Dubler Studio Kit you need to agree to the End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) for the Dubler software. You can read the EULA in advance of a purchase here.

The delivery date for Shipment 1 (which includes shipment for all our Kickstarter and Indiegogo backers) is November 2019.

Estimated shipment date for Shipment 2 is February 2020. Please note this is only an estimated date. Delays due to adverse weather, component availability, fulfilment issues and other unexpected circumstances can happen. We will put every effort into hitting the February timeline, however no fixed date guarantee can be made. As a reference point our Kickstarter campaign advertised shipping as October 2019. In the end some delays with shipping from our supplier meant the first orders were fulfilled from November 19^th 2019.

Anyone who purchases a Dubler Studio Kit on shipment 2 will be kept up to date on the delivery schedule, and at the time of fulfilment will be provided with a tracking number.

• This warranty applies only to a new product sold through an authorised channel.
• All faulty products must be shipped to our address Faulty Goods, Vochlea Music, Kala 103, The Biscuit Factory, 100 Drummond Road, SE16 4DG. Return delivery must be pre-paid by the returning customer and on receipt of the faulty goods will be reimbursed.
• Any attempt to repair, service, or alter the product in any way voids this warranty.
• This warranty does not apply in the event of accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, unauthorised repair, tampering, modification, or damage from other external sources.
• This warranty does not extend to any other equipment to which this product may be attached or connected.

• You notify us of your refund request within 14 days of receiving the item. Refund requests can be made to help@vochlea.co.uk
• Returns are received within 14 days of the return request. Returns can be sent to Returns, Vochlea Music, Kala 103, The Biscuit Factory, 100 Drummond Road, SE16 4DG.
• The goods to be returned must be received in the same condition as they were sent out.

Kickstarter and Indiegogo are crowdfunding platforms not shops. The rewards available on our campaigns were listed at heavily discounted prices, and the money raised was spent on overheads to develop the product.

As such we unfortunately are not in a position to refund orders from crowdfunding platforms. This is a standard policy for projects listed on these platforms.
